On March 10, 2024, Irving Police Officers responded to a domestic disturbance call at the HomeTown Studios on 3400 block of W. Walnut Hill Ln in Irving at approximately 10:26 am.
Upon arrival, they discovered a 53-year-old man reporting that his wife, 51-year-old Robbie Montgomery, had pursued him with a knife during a heated argument.
The officers managed to locate Montgomery in her vehicle and apprehended her without any further incident. Montgomery has been charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, classified as a 2nd-degree felony. Her bond has been set at $25,000.
