On Thursday, March 7, 2024, at around 9:35 pm, Irving Police Officers were called to Medical City Las Colinas in the 6800 block of N. MacArthur Blvd following reports of a disturbance. Upon investigation, a female individual identified as 46-year-old Andrea Cummings, who is homeless, was arrested.
Cummings was charged with Assault on a Security Officer and Assault on Hospital Personnel on Hospital Property, both of which are 3rd-degree felonies in Texas. She is currently incarcerated in the Dallas County Jail and being held on a $30,000 bond.
