Irving Officer Assists in Arrest of Man for Invasive Visual Recording

On December 5, 2024, at approximately 3:00 PM, Irving Police Officer Payne of the Irving Fugitive Unit was informed by Sgt. Barnes that Special Agent T. Torisk with the Texas Department of Public Safety was conducting an investigation at 125 E John W Carpenter Fwy in Las Colinas on an employee with the building, in regards to invasive visual recording.

Special Agent Torisk arrested 30-year-old Aaron Pacheco of Garland for the charge of invasive visual recording and informed Officer Payne once he was in custody. Payne transported Pacheco to the Irving Jail where he was booked in for his charge, along with 3 Dallas Police traffic warrants that were confirmed by NCIC. Body-worn camera footage was attached to this case. The original probable cause warrant from Special Agent Torisk was given to the Irving Jail staff.
