In the early hours of Sunday, April 14th, an Irving Police Officer initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle. The driver, identified as 37-year-old Freddy Farina, did not comply, prompting a pursuit.
Police eventually stopped the vehicle and arrested Farina for DWI (blood) and Evading Arrest Detention with a Vehicle. His bond has been set at $11,000.
