On Monday morning, March 25, 2024, emergency services including the Fort Worth Fire Department, Police Department, and Medstar EMS responded to an incident on the westbound lanes of I30 near Chapel Creek Blvd.
Upon arrival, emergency personnel discovered the body of an adult woman. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
To facilitate the investigation, the westbound lanes of the highway were temporarily closed. However, they have since been reopened to traffic.
The cause of the incident is currently under investigation by the Fort Worth Police Department.
