Irving May 6 Election Results and June 10 Runoff Election Information

MAY 6 UNOFFICIAL RESULTS

Mayor Rick Stopfer ran unopposed. He will be sworn in on Wednesday, May 17.

Registered voters will head back to the polls for runoff elections between Mark Zeske and Abdul Khabeer for district Place 3 and Heather Stroup and Mark Cronenwett for district Place 5. The runoff election will be held Saturday, June 10.

All 10 of the Home-Rule Charter Amendment propositions were passed by Irving voters. View the Amendment Propositions 

JUNE 10 RUNOFF ELECTION

The runoff election is required because none of the three candidates that ran in district Place 3, nor of the five candidates that ran in district Place 5, garnered a majority of votes as required by the City Charter.

Early voting dates, times and locations have not yet been released by Dallas County.

Residents of Dallas County may vote at any Dallas County Voting Polling location during Early Voting and on Election Day. A district map, candidate information and other details are available at CityofIrving.org/Elections.
