A Wichita Falls realtor wanted in Dallas County was arrested Tuesday afternoon by Irving Police Department.
Christopher J. Mullins, 56, of Epiphany Real Estate Services, was taken into custody on January 20, 2026, and booked into the Irving Jail at 2:52 p.m. Mullins was arrested on three outstanding warrants requested by the Dallas Sheriff’s Office, charging him with Aggravated Online Promotion of Prostitution, Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, and Online Promotion of Prostitution.
According to jail records, Mullins was transferred to the Dallas County Jail on January 21. He is currently being held without bond.
Under Texas law, Online Promotion of Prostitution involves using the internet or electronic services to facilitate prostitution. The charge is elevated to Aggravated Online Promotion of Prostitution when it involves using 5 or more people in the operating or managing digital platforms, such as websites or applications, to promote prostitution-related activity.
The investigation that led to Mullins’ arrest remains under the jurisdiction of Dallas County authorities.
