IRVING, TX – An 18-year-old Irving man was arrested on New Year’s Day for possession and distribution of multiple controlled substances.

On Thursday morning, January 1, 2026, Irving Police officers took Luis Uriel Rodrigues-Diaz into custody after discovering drugs and packaging materials used for distribution. He was booked into the Irving Jail at 11:23 a.m.
