Irving Man Arrested for Tampering With Consumer Products and Possession of Child Porn

Bryan Alexander Larumbe

Irving Police Officers arrested 30-year-old Bryan Alexander Larumbe on Tuesday afternoon, March 26, 2024, at the Las Colinas Heights apartments on N. O'Connor Rd. Larumbe, who had been out on bond following a previous arrest by Dallas Police on March 14th, was booked into the Irving Jail at 2:44 pm.

He was charged with Tampering With Consumer Products, as per Texas Penal Code 22.09, which involves altering or adding a foreign substance to food, drink, drugs, etc., knowing it will be offered to the larger public, or threatening to do so to cause fear. This offense, even if no one is actually affected, is considered a second-degree felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

During the investigation, Officers discovered that Larumbe was in possession of child pornography so a third-degree felony charge was added.

Due to the ongoing investigation, the Irving Police Department declined to provide further comments regarding Larumbe's case.
