On Sunday, December 1, 2024, Irving Police officers responded to reports of a man with a gun at the parking lot of the Irving Bazaar, located in the 2800 block of W. Irving Blvd. The incident occurred between 2:45 and 2:50 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims: an 18-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man, and a 33-year-old woman. The investigation identified the suspect as 26-year-old Rodolfo Edgardo Hernandez of Arlington. Police say Hernandez assaulted all three victims during the altercation, which involved three vehicles.
Hernandez has been charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Authorities did not release details regarding the motive behind the incident.
The Irving Police Department continues to investigate.
