Irving Police arrested two men on separate incidents for drug-related offenses on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
At 3:04 am, 18-year-old Carlos Vidana-Adame was taken into custody and booked into the Irving Jail. He faces charges of Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 2, and Manufacture/Deliver. Penalty Group 2 drugs encompass substances such as THC, mushrooms, ecstasy, and Adderall. In this instance, Vidana-Adame is charged with a State Jail Felony, punishable by a term of 180 days to two years in a state jail facility and a fine of up to $10,000.
Later that day, at 8:05 pm, 33-year-old Antwuan L. Calvin from Arlington was also arrested. He is charged with Possession of Marijuana, Manufacture/Deliver, and Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Both individuals face a first-degree felony charge for Manufacture/Deliver under Texas law.
