On January 1, 2024, at about 3:00 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 3500 block of Ross Avenue.
The preliminary investigation determined that when officers arrived, they found 21-year-old Carlos Rogue shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded, and Rogue died at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 000297-2024.
