On the night of December 4, 2023, Irving Police Officers responded to a harassment call that led to the apprehension of 22-year-old Terrance Brown. Upon arrival at the scene, Brown attempted to flee in his vehicle, initiating a brief pursuit.
After a short chase, officers successfully stopped Brown and proceeded to search his vehicle. The search uncovered the presence of drugs and a weapon. As a result, Terrance Brown was placed under arrest by Irving Police.
At 10:31 pm, Brown was booked into the Irving Jail, facing a series of charges, including harassment, evading arrest detention with a vehicle, possession of a controlled substance (CS) in Penalty Group 2, possession of CS in Penalty Group 1/1-b<1g, and unlawfully carrying a weapon.
Notably, at the time of his arrest, Brown had an outstanding warrant from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office for aggravated robbery. As of now, his bond has not been set, and he remains in custody.
