In a significant move to cater to a younger audience, Universal Destinations & Experiences, a division of Comcast NBCUniversal, has officially introduced Universal Kids Resort - its inaugural theme park tailored specifically for families with young children. Initially announced earlier this year, the resort promises an imaginative and innovative approach to storytelling for the little ones.
Situated in Frisco, Texas, the Universal Kids Resort will boast a theme park featuring immersive themed lands that capture the essence of Universal's renowned entertainment, humor, and fun. The park aims to bring beloved characters and stories to life in ways that are sure to captivate the youngest theme park enthusiasts. The family-friendly attractions will include interactive and playful shows, unique merchandise, enticing food and beverage venues, and opportunities for character meet and greets.
Adding to the charm, the resort area will encompass a 300-room themed hotel, providing families with a convenient and enjoyable place to stay after a day of adventure in the theme park.
