Denton County, City of Denton, and City of Lewisville have collaboratively introduced a user-friendly online resource directory to streamline access to support services and programs for community members. FindHelp Denton County is designed to serve as a comprehensive digital space, providing up-to-date information on hours, locations, and program details for a variety of free or reduced-cost resources.

Judge Andy Eads expressed optimism about the impact of FindHelp Denton County, stating, "We believe FindHelp Denton County will allow our neighbors to get the information they are seeking in an efficient and effective manner. We are eager to see how the community uses this solution to link folks to care."

The platform enables community members to easily search for nearby resources covering essentials such as food access, transportation, medical care, financial assistance, and job training. Users can filter results using keywords and zip codes, ensuring that the most relevant and closest programs are easily accessible. Additionally, social service and nonprofit agencies can leverage the platform to connect help seekers with services or receive inbound referrals.
