DART Provides Updates to Thanksgiving Holiday 2023 Service Schedule

In observance of Thanksgiving, the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) has announced adjustments to its transit services for North Texas riders on Thursday, Nov. 23, and Friday, Nov. 24.

DART buses, light rail trains, and Dallas streetcar services will be operating on a weekend schedule during these two days. The Trinity Railway Express (TRE) will not run on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 23, and will provide Saturday service on Friday, Nov. 24. Normal transit operations will resume on Saturday, Nov. 25.

On Thursday, Nov. 23, all GoLink Zones, with the exception of the IPTMA Zone, will be in operation from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. The IPTMA Zone will not be in service. On Friday, Nov. 24, all GoLink Zones, excluding the IPTMA Zone, will operate from 5:00 a.m. to midnight. The IPTMA Zone will have service hours from 4:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

DART Mobility Management's Paratransit Call Center will be closed from Thursday through Sunday. Customers intending to schedule trips by phone for any of the four days are advised to do so by Wednesday, Nov. 22. Alternatively, customers can schedule, view, and cancel trips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at www.DART.org/paratransit.

For Thanksgiving Day, DART's Customer Information Center will be closed, and it will open on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Administrative offices, Customer Care Center, and Lost and Found will remain closed on both Thanksgiving Day and Friday, Nov. 24.
