On the late night of November 16, 2023, Irving Police responded to a call at a residence, leading to the arrest of 17-year-old Moises Espinoza Pena.
Responding to a domestic violence call, police officers encountered Espinoza-Pena attempting to flee the location, but he was quickly captured. At 1:02 am of November 17th, he was booked into the Irving Jail on charges of domestic violence assault combined with unlawful restraint and evading arrest detention. His bond was established at $2,500.
Additionally, Espinoza-Pena has an outstanding burglary of a building warrant issued by the Dallas County Sheriff's Office.
