In the past two days, Irving Police made significant strides in their ongoing efforts to combat crime as they arrested three individuals in separate incidents, all with alleged connections to criminal activities.
Gabriel Dejesus Guzman, a 26-year-old resident of Irving, found himself in police custody on October 30, 2023. He was arrested for robbery and harassment, and his booking into the Irving Jail occurred at 7:56 pm. As of now, no bond amount has been set in his case, but immigration authorities (INS) have requested an immigration-ice hold.
On October 29, 2023, at around 3:00 am, Irving Police apprehended Erlin Ariel Rodriguez-Cruz, a 27-year-old individual. Rodriguez-Cruz is facing multiple charges, including robbery, possession of a controlled substance (pg 1/1-b<1g), and criminal mischief. His total bond amount was set at $28,500, and INS has also requested an immigration-ice hold in his case.
In a separate incident on the same day, October 30, 2023, Dawid Stanislaw Chorostecki, a 31-year-old, was arrested by Irving Police and booked into the local jail at 11:55 am. Chorostecki is charged with burglary of a building and criminal trespass. His bond amount has been established at $3,000.
