In recognition of its outstanding achievements, Irving Community Television Network (ICTN) has been honored with two prestigious National Awards of Excellence during the 2023 National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) Government Programming Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Octorber 5, 2023. The competition included 996 entries from across the U.S.
