Irving police officers have apprehended two men for their involvement in the manufacturing and selling of controlled substances. Both individuals were taken into custody on October 17, 2023.
The first suspect, 26-year-old Levis Reyes, has been charged with a Felony 1 offense related to the manufacture and delivery of controlled substances. As of the time of this report, no bond amount has been set for Reyes.
The second individual, 21-year-old Angel Balderrama, faces multiple charges, including manufacturing and delivering controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of a small quantity of marijuana (less than 2 ounces). At present, no bond has been established for Balderrama.
The Irving Police Department continues to investigate the matter, and further details will be released as the case unfolds.
