City of Irving Invites Mortgage Lenders to Orientation for Down Payment Assistance Program

The City of Irving is offering affordable housing opportunities to low- and moderate-income residents aiming to become homeowners in the community through its Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program. The success of this program is strongly reliant on partnerships with mortgage lenders and brokers known as preferred lenders.

To facilitate this collaboration, the Housing and Redevelopment division of the city will be hosting a Preferred Lender Orientation on Friday, November 3, from 9 to 11 a.m. The orientation will take place in the First Floor Council Conference Room at Irving City Hall, located at 825 W. Irving Blvd. Mortgage lending organizations interested in becoming preferred lenders with the City of Irving are encouraged to attend.

The orientation will cover various important topics, including:

  2. Program Requirements
  3. Lender Requirements
  4. Program Parameters
