The Irving City Council is scheduled to vote on the proposed Fiscal Year 2023-24 (FY24) budget during its regular meeting on September 14. The meeting is set to commence at 7 p.m. and will take place at City Hall, located at 825 W. Irving Blvd., in the City Council Chambers.
The FY24 budget covers the period from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024. Notably, the proposed budget is based on a tax rate of $0.5891 per $100 of property valuation, which remains unchanged from the current fiscal year.
