Irving Police arrested Juan Francisco Castillo, 29, on September 2, 2023. Mr. Castillo faces several charges as per the Irving Police Department, including possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive, and theft of property valued between $100 and $750.
In addition to the charges filed by Irving Police, Mr. Castillo also had outstanding warrants from the Dallas County Sheriff's Office for possession of a controlled substance and failure to identify.
