IRVING, Texas - Link Logistics has added a nearly 295,000-square-foot Irving warehouse to its holdings as part of a four-property industrial real estate portfolio spanning Dallas-Fort Worth and metro Atlanta.
The Gateway Infill Growth Portfolio totals 697,276 square feet and includes three North Texas properties and one in Suwanee, Georgia.
The largest Dallas-Fort Worth property is at 2800 Valley View Lane in Irving and contains 294,795 square feet. Link Logistics identified the property as part of the DFW Airport industrial submarket.
The other North Texas properties are a 100,868-square-foot facility at 1002 Avenue T in Grand Prairie and a 52,613-square-foot property at 1920 Hutton Court in Farmers Branch.
Combined, the three DFW properties add 448,276 square feet to Link Logistics' portfolio.
The acquisition also includes a 249,000-square-foot industrial property at 1075 Satellite Boulevard in Suwanee, Georgia, along the Northeast Interstate 85 corridor in metro Atlanta.
"Our acquisition strategy is focused on expanding Link Logistics' portfolio in infill-focused locations that are supported by strong long-term demand drivers," said Andrew Goodman, senior managing director of investments for Link Logistics.
Link Logistics already has a substantial industrial real estate presence in both markets. The company said its Dallas-Fort Worth portfolio exceeds 33 million square feet, while its Atlanta-area holdings total more than 38 million square feet.
The company specializes in last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, with facilities positioned to provide businesses access to population centers, workers and transportation networks.
Link Logistics did not disclose the purchase price or identify the seller in its announcement. JLL represented the seller in the transaction.
