According to the Irving Police Department, members of the Vice Unit executed a search warrant on the morning of Thursday, July 2, at a home in the 2000 block of Black Jack Drive, near Nimitz High School.

Investigators said the warrant stemmed from a cyber tip reporting that child sexual abuse material had been uploaded to the internet from the residence.

After being transferred to the Dallas County Jail the following day, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) also lodged an immigration detainer, identifying Chacon-Martinez as being unlawfully present in the United States, according to jail records.
