On July 6, 2023, at approximately 4:05 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a call for service in the 1300 block of S. Fitzhugh Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined when officers arrived, they found the victim, 20-year-old Tavarious Robinson, shot in the alley. Dallas Fire Rescue responded, and the victim died from his injuries. The Dallas Police Department is conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident and urges anyone with information to come forward.
