FORT WORTH, Texas — Ten suspects were arrested and nine more are under investigation following a multi-agency undercover operation targeting individuals accused of trying to solicit minors online, according to the Fort Worth Police Department.
The operation, dubbed Operation Spring Cleaning, was conducted April 1-3, 2026, and led by the Fort Worth Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.
Investigators said the operation targeted individuals using online platforms to seek sexual contact with children under 17.
The Fort Worth ICAC Unit worked alongside the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, Texas Department of Public Safety, Crowley Police Department, Carrollton Police Department, Homeland Security Investigations, the U.S. Secret Service, and the FBI.
Authorities said 10 suspects were arrested during the crackdown. An additional nine individuals remain under investigation, and warrants are expected.
Police said investigators used multiple online platforms as part of the proactive operation to identify suspected predators.
Officials said the operation also serves as a reminder for parents to monitor who children may be communicating with online and through social media.
Due to the sensitivity of the ongoing cases, police said no additional information about the suspects or charges is being released at this time.
The investigations remain ongoing.
