LAKE RAY ROBERTS, Texas — The body of a 63-year-old Sanger man who was reported missing at Lake Ray Roberts has been recovered, according to Texas Parks and Wildlife officials.
Texas Game Wardens’ Underwater Search and Recovery Team located and recovered the man on Monday.
Initial reports indicated the man had jumped into the water but did not resurface.
Officials said the victim was not believed to have been wearing a life vest at the time.
The incident remains under investigation.
