IRVING, Texas - Repairs are underway at the Irving City Hall parking garage, prompting traffic changes for visitors and employees who use the facility, city officials said.
The City of Irving announced that construction began in February at the parking garage located at 825 W. Irving Blvd. Crews are starting repairs in the basement level, which will require closing half of the drive aisle on the first level at the southwest corner of the garage, near the stairway leading to the City Hall employee entrance.
The closure will result in one-way traffic around the southwest corner of the garage. City officials said the impacted area is expected to remain under construction for approximately eight weeks.
The city advised drivers to use caution and follow posted signage while repairs are ongoing. Questions about the project can be directed to the Capital Improvement Program Department at 972-721-2611.
