FORT WORTH, TX - A single-vehicle crash claimed one life early Saturday morning in Fort Worth’s Western Hills North area.
Fort Worth Fire/EMS and police were dispatched at approximately 5:03 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, to the 3000 block of Las Vegas Trail after reports of a major accident. When first responders arrived, they found a vehicle that had left the roadway and collided with a tree.
Officers located one occupant inside the vehicle. That individual was pronounced deceased at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Investigators are working to determine what led to the vehicle leaving the roadway. No additional details have been released at this time.
The crash remains under investigation.
