FORT WORTH, TX - A motorcyclist was killed early Saturday morning following a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 35W near East Belknap Street in Fort Worth.
Fort Worth Fire/EMS and police were dispatched around 2:45 a.m. on Saturday, January 17, 2026, to the southbound lanes of I-35W at East Belknap Street. Investigators believe a motorcycle was struck by another vehicle, causing the rider to be thrown from the bike.
After being ejected, the motorcyclist was struck by at least one additional vehicle. The rider was pronounced deceased at the scene. No other injuries have been reported at this time.
Due to the severity of the crash and the ongoing investigation, all southbound lanes of I-35W at Pharr Street were shut down for several hours.
The incident remains under investigation, and authorities have not yet released the identity of the motorcyclist or additional details surrounding the circumstances of the crash.
