CEDAR PARK, TX – The Cedar Park Police Department is investigating a major collision that claimed two lives Monday night, September 1, 2025, at the intersection of N. Bell Boulevard and E. New Hope Drive.
Around 10:20 p.m., officers responded after reports of a crash involving a vehicle traveling northbound on N. Bell Blvd and another exiting a nearby gas station parking lot.
Jennifer Ballejo, 44, was pronounced dead at the scene. Her passenger, 17-year-old Joriko Rubio, was transported to a hospital but later succumbed to his injuries.
The driver of the northbound vehicle was also taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The Highway Enforcement Unit is leading the investigation to determine the circumstances of the crash.
