Participants are encouraged to illustrate a cherished memory or experience at an Irving Parks and Recreation facility, program, class, or event that helped create lasting friendships and family bonds. Suggested inspirations include Sparks and Stripes, the Ms. Mature Pageant, athletic field use, and Holidays at Heritage.
