On Monday, July 7, 2025, emergency crews responded to a major crash involving a rollover on the northbound Loop 12 ramp to the 183 Service Road in Irving.
Upon arrival, first responders found at least one person trapped inside an overturned vehicle. Irving Fire Department units, including Engine 3, Truck 3, and Medic 3, reported extrication efforts were underway. Additional units from Engine 6, Rescue 6, Medic 6, Battalion 1, and unit 521 were also dispatched to the scene.
One of the vehicles involved was a white Ford sedan. The driver of that vehicle, 31-year-old Jesse Dalton Reed of Irving, was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
