On Sunday, July 6, 2025, at approximately 2:39 a.m., Fort Worth Police officers responded to a shooting in the 3100 block of N. Main Street.
Officers arrived and found a male victim on the ground in a parking lot with a gunshot wound to his torso. He was transported to a local hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The victim was identified by the Tarrant County Examiner's Office as 19-year-old Julian Edwardo Mileo.
Investigators determined the victim had been approached by a suspect, and a physical altercation involving multiple individuals took place. Witnesses intervened to break up the fight, after which the suspects retrieved firearms from a vehicle in the parking lot and opened fire, striking the victim at least once.
The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored vehicle.
The Fort Worth Police Homicide Unit is investigating the case.
