The Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office, in collaboration with the District Clerk’s Office, Public Defender’s Office, and local community partners, is hosting the 9th Annual Dallas County Expunction Expo. The initiative offers eligible residents a chance to clear qualifying offenses from their criminal records.
The application window opens at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Applicants will be notified of their status by August 29, 2025.
District Attorney John Creuzot emphasized the office’s commitment to ensuring fairness and sustainability for the program. “The Expunction Expo remains a top priority for this office, and we are committed to doing everything possible to ensure that those legally entitled to clear their records have a fair and equal opportunity to do so,” Creuzot stated.
Applications can be submitted online at www.dallascounty.org/expunction or by calling 214-875-4999 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Computers will be available for public use at the following locations:
