The Dallas Police Department is investigating a fatal accident that occurred on Saturday, May 10, 2025, in the parking lot of the Lancaster Kiest Shopping Center, located in the 3200 block of S. Lancaster Road.
Dallas Police Department (DPD) and Dallas Fire-Rescue (DFR) responded to a crash at approximately 6:00 p.m. and discovered that a motorcyclist had collided with two children.
The motorcyclist and one of the children died at the scene. The second child was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The deceased motorcyclist has been identified as 33-year-old Kevin Eugene Waggoner. The child who died at the scene has been identified as 8-year-old Sirayjah Parson.
The condition of the second child transported to the hospital has not been released at this time. The Dallas Police Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
