On Friday night, May 2nd, Irving Police officers executed a warrant arrest at the Britain Way Apartments located on Shoaf Drive.
Following an investigation, 49-year-old Samuel Salas was taken into custody without incident. He was booked into the Irving Jail at 10:06 PM.
Salas has been charged with Indecency with a Child SE and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1/1-B. Authorities have also identified Salas as an undocumented immigrant in the United States, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has requested an immigration hold.
