Renovations at Southwest Park, located at 2800 W. Shady Grove Road, are now complete, bringing a host of exciting new features and upgrades to the 19-acre community space.
The $3 million improvement project, funded through the 2021 Municipal Bond Election and federal grant money, has transformed the park with several key additions:

These enhancements mark a major milestone in the city’s 2019 Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Master Plan, which designated Southwest Park as a top priority for improvements.
