Illegal Immigrant Wanted for Child Sex Abuse Captured in Irving

A 28-year-old illegal immigrant wanted on multiple warrants for Aggravated Sexually Assault of a Child was captured in Irving on Tuesday, April 15th. Renson Fabi Melendez-Castaneda was located and arrested by Irving Police officers in an early morning operation and booked into the Irving Jail at 6:06 AM. Melendez-Castaneda had three outstanding warrants from La Grange, TX (Fayette County), with a total bond set at $300,000. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in Dallas-Fort Worth has also requested an Immigration-ICE Hold on Melendez-Castaneda.
