A fatal shooting occurred late Thursday night in Oak Cliff, prompting an investigation by the Dallas Police Department.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 11 p.m. on January 30, 2025, in the 400 block of South Beckley Avenue. The preliminary investigation determined that the victim was shot by a known suspect. Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived at the scene, but the victim was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number #013957-2025.
