On January 30, 2025, Dallas police responded to a health and welfare check at a residence in the 600 block of Tenna Loma Court near W. Davis St. in Oak Cliff. Upon entry, Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel discovered the body of 68-year-old Jack Douglas Tomlin inside the home.
The circumstances surrounding Tomlin’s death remain under investigation, but the Dallas County Medical Examiner has set the manner of death as a Homicide. Authorities have documented the case under number 013470-2025.
