Dallas Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 37-year-old Silviano Luivanos, a Hispanic male, who is wanted in connection with a violent incident on August 7, 2024. The suspect is described as 5'11", 287 lbs, with brown eyes and black hair.
Luivanos is accused of choking and attempting to smother the victim in the 2300 block of Hudspeth Avenue in the Cedar Crest area.
Anyone with information regarding Luivanos’ whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 214-373-TIPS (8477). A reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest. Please refer to case number 120812-2024.
