The City of Irving’s Housing and Redevelopment Division, in collaboration with Principal Consultant Fuad Dadabhoy of Perspective Strategic Solutions, will host a Community Partner Workshop on January 30, 2025, focused on Preparing for Success.
The workshop is designed to provide nonprofit and faith-based organizations with best practices for maintaining a successful organization, securing funding, and managing programs effectively. Topics covered will include organizational efficiency, capacity building, outcome measures, and sustainability practices.
