IHG Hotels & Resorts has opened a new Hotel Indigo property in the Las Colinas neighborhood of Irving, Texas, marking the company’s 13th Texas-based property launched in 2024.
The 150-room hotel, developed and owned by Shree M Capital, is situated along the Mandalay Canal, just 10 minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport. Its design reflects the distinct character of Las Colinas, with architectural and interior elements inspired by the area's culture, landscape, and history.
The hotel features KLEO, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant, an outdoor pool and bar overlooking the canal, a fitness center, and 5,400 square feet of meeting and event space.
"We're excited to welcome guests to our new Hotel Indigo property, which blends unique cultural elements with modern comforts," said Carol Hoeller, Vice President of Global Brand Marketing for Hotel Indigo and voco hotels.
Bhavin Patel, owner of Shree M Capital, stated, "Our aim was to provide a boutique stay that reflects the area's rich corporate and cultural heritage."
Irving Mayor Rick Stopfer praised the investment on social media, thanking Patel and Shree M Capital for bringing the hotel to Irving.
