Irving Solid Waste Services is hosting a free household document shredding and electronics recycling event for Irving residents on Saturday, November 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place at the Las Colinas Service Center, located at 5964 Riverside Drive.
Residents can bring up to two boxes of documents for shredding. Proof of Irving residency is required, and materials from businesses will not be accepted. CRT monitors or televisions are not eligible for recycling at the event. The service will continue until 2 p.m., or until the truck reaches capacity.
