With the wave of recent storms that caused widespread damage across North Texas, the City of Irving encourages residents to visit recreation centers, libraries and other public city facilities during normal business hours to spend time in the air-conditioned spaces and utilize outlets for charging devices, if needed. Oncor estimates that power restoration will be substantially complete by Friday evening, May 31, weather dependent.
