According to the affidavit for arrest Evans committed the sexual abuse from June 1, 2020 until August 22, 2022.  In August of 2022, the 7-year-old female victim told her mother that Evans, her grandfather, had been forcing her to touch his private parts multiple times.  At the time, Evans resided in the 900 block of W.
