City of Irving Asking for Resident Feedback, Survey Available Until May 1

The 2024 Irving Resident Survey opens April 3, and all Irving residents and community members ages 18+ are welcome to participate. The Resident Survey, conducted every two years, provides residents with an opportunity to rate the quality of life in Irving, as well as city services and facilities. The survey closes May 1 at 11:59 p.m. and should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Read the letter from City Manager Chris Hillman, explaining the importance of feedback from residents.

Residents can provide feedback about what is working well and what needs improvement, as well as communicate service priorities for the next two years. The survey is a customer satisfaction report card for the city and a resource allocation tool for city officials. The information collected is used to inform decisions related to service levels, budget allocation and future planning.

Once the survey closes and data is analyzed, the results will be shared with Irving City Council and will be available online for the public to view.

The City of Irving has partnered with Elite Research, an Irving-based research firm, to conduct the survey. For questions regarding the 2024 Irving Resident Survey, email Lauren Hale.
