On March 7, 2024, Dallas Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) received a cyber tip through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) of possible sexual abuse of a child.
Further investigation by ICAC, identified the suspect as 25-year-old Christopher Conde, and determined Conde sexually assaulted a child multiple times.
The evening of March 7th, Conde was located at a home in Dallas, was arrested, and has been charged with Sexual Performance by a Child Under 14 Years of Age. Additional charges are pending. His bond has been set at $250,000.
Dallas Police ICAC were assisted by the United States Marshal North Texas Fugitive Task Force and Southeast Patrol Division.
